what size should I buy? 
sizing varies by product. you can find a full size guide for each item under its specific listing page.
how can I submit a press inquiry?

where is my order? 
all parcels can be tracked using the tracking number and link provided in your shipping confirmation email. 
I entered the wrong address, what do I do?
unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any amendments to your address after your order has been processed. please take extra care when entering your address and completing your order. your item will be delivered to the address you enter, and you will be responsible for retrieving the order. if your order is returned to us because the address is incorrect, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded. 
can I change my delivery address?
we will not be able to guarantee any amendments to your address after your order has been processed.

can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?
for your security we are unable to change the address your order is being sent to. once you receive tracking you may contact your carrier to enquire about possible package redirection.
can I change/cancel my order?
unfortunately we cannot guarantee any amendments to your order after your order has been made. please double check the items when completing your order. if you no longer want your products after you have ordered them, please return them to us unopened following our returns guidance.
what payment methods do you accept? 
we accept Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and the following cards in payment for purchases made online: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, and Discover.
payment will be taken from your credit or debit card as soon as you have placed your order. our checkout page uses an SSL certificate to secure all payment information. 
my card keeps getting declined. what's wrong?
in most cases, if your card is declined it is due to your bank rejecting the payment. try using a new card, double check that the billing address on the credit card matches your account billing address or ring your bank to confirm there are sufficient funds in your account or tell them that you are making the transaction and then try again.
my product is faulty. what should I do?
boyed strives to manufacture all products to the highest of standards. 
each item is quality checked prior to shipping and handled with care to your door. if your product is faulty, please email info@shopboyed.com with your order number and a representative will be in touch as soon as possible to rectify the situation.  
do you ship internationally? 
of course, we got you! we ship worldwide. duties and taxes are paid by the buyer upon receiving your items if applicable.
help! I haven’t received a shipping confirmation email!

when will my order arrive? 
we get it, you’re excited and we’re excited to get your product over to you so you can experience boyed! 
please note: all deliveries are handled by third party couriers. therefore, all times given are estimated delivery times. there is a chance that your delivery may arrive earlier or later than specified.
our warehouse distribution team hustles to process all orders with items and send out for delivery within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.
